This AI Guidance Disclaimer explains the limits of TaKaDra’s AI-assisted features. It is part of the Terms of Service.

1. AI can be wrong

TaKaDra uses artificial intelligence to organize information, ask questions, suggest options, estimate ranges, generate plans, and provide guidance. AI can misunderstand your information and can produce incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, biased, or confidently incorrect output.

TaKaDra does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, current, lawful for your location, or suitable for your circumstances.

2. Informational planning only

TaKaDra provides software, educational information, planning tools, and decision support. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, insurance, employment, engineering, medical, safety, licensing, or regulatory advice.

AI guidance is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who can evaluate your actual facts and jurisdiction.

3. No business or earnings guarantee

TaKaDra does not sell you a business, franchise, job, customers, leads, contracts, licenses, financing, insurance, territory, or guaranteed commercial opportunity.

TaKaDra does not guarantee revenue, profit, customers, savings, employment, financing, launch speed, automation level, or business success. Any costs, earnings-related data, demand indicators, difficulty labels, timelines, or scenarios are estimates or illustrative information—not promises or predictions of what you will achieve.

4. Verify before acting

Before spending money, signing a contract, applying for financing, hiring someone, purchasing equipment or software, relying on a license or legal requirement, changing an existing business, or taking another significant action, you should:

• verify current facts with primary and authoritative sources;
• confirm prices, terms, availability, and requirements directly with the relevant provider;
• check applicable laws, permits, licenses, taxes, insurance, employment rules, and safety requirements; and
• consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

5. Third-party information

Product, vendor, marketplace, provider, and business-path information may come from public materials, third parties, databases, or AI-generated summaries. Listings are not endorsements, certifications, partnerships, or guarantees. Third-party information can change without notice.

Knowledge Base records should link to the source used and label who reported the result. “Company-reported,” “Vendor-reported,” or a similar label does not mean TaKaDra independently audited the claim. A published result is specific to the identified organization, technology, scope, baseline, and time period. Do not assume you will receive the same result.

6. Your inputs matter

AI output depends on the information you provide. Missing, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading inputs can produce poor guidance. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card information, government identifiers, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Human review

TaKaDra may use automated systems without a human reviewing every answer before it reaches you. A polished or confident response does not mean it was verified by a person or professional.

8. Acceptance

By using AI-assisted features, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to independently evaluate important output. If you do not accept these limitations, do not rely on TaKaDra’s AI guidance.
