Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 9, 2026
Version: 2026-08-09

This Privacy Policy explains how TaKaDra collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use our websites, applications, accounts, assessments, business-planning tools, AI-assisted guidance, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

“TaKaDra,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the legal operator identified at the end of this Policy.

1. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use TaKaDra.

Account and profile information

We may collect your name, email address, account identifier, authentication status, session identifier and timestamps, email-verification or password-reset status, selected language, location or region, business name, industry, role, website, and other profile information you choose to provide. Our authentication provider handles credentials and session tokens. TaKaDra does not intentionally store your plaintext password in its application database.

Assessment and planning information

We may collect information you provide about your goals, budget ranges, schedule, skills, experience, work preferences, location, travel preferences, business interests, existing ideas, operational problems, costs, tools, risks, notes, decisions, and progress.

AI conversations and generated content

We collect prompts, messages, responses, uploaded content, generated matches, plans, daily steps, summaries, and other materials needed to provide AI-assisted features and preserve your work.

Voice and language features

If you use voice input, speech playback, or translation, your device, browser, or a service provider may process audio or text to provide that feature. Unless TaKaDra clearly states otherwise, TaKaDra stores the resulting text or transcript when it is part of a saved conversation but does not intentionally retain raw microphone audio. Do not use voice or text fields to submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Subscription and transaction information

We collect your selected plan, billing interval, subscription status, transaction identifiers, payment status, renewal date, cancellation status, billing country or postal information, applicable tax information, and records showing the terms and recurring-charge disclosure you accepted.

Payment-card information is collected and processed by our payment processor. TaKaDra does not intend to receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.

Device, usage, and log information

We may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages or features used, timestamps, last meaningful activity, sign-in and sign-out events, referral information, error reports, security events, and similar technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the Service.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies or browser storage needed for authentication, security, session continuity, inactivity handling, preferences, selected language, checkout continuity, and other requested functionality. The server database, rather than browser storage alone, is intended to be the source of truth for saved account work. Browser storage may temporarily hold limited interface preferences or a recovery draft. If TaKaDra later uses nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notice or choice before using them.

Communications

We collect information you send to support, privacy, legal, feedback, or other TaKaDra channels.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create, authenticate, and secure accounts;
  • maintain valid sessions across routine return visits, end dormant or expired sessions, and require reauthentication for sensitive actions;
  • provide free browsing and paid Builder features;
  • personalize assessments, matches, plans, daily steps, and AI guidance;
  • save progress, notes, preferences, and history across sessions and devices;
  • process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and transaction confirmations;
  • provide customer support and respond to privacy or legal requests;
  • detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical problems;
  • maintain, debug, evaluate, and improve Service quality;
  • create aggregated or de-identified statistics that are not reasonably linkable to an individual;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
  • communicate material Service, billing, security, or policy information.

We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without providing notice and obtaining consent when required by law.

3. AI processing

TaKaDra sends the content needed to generate an AI response to an AI service provider. This may include assessment answers, conversation text, selected business information, and relevant saved context. The provider processes that information to return output to TaKaDra.

AI output can be inaccurate. The Privacy Policy explains data handling; the AI Guidance Disclaimer explains the limitations of the guidance itself.

Do not enter passwords, complete payment-card information, government identifiers, health records, private information about another person, trade secrets you are not authorized to disclose, or other unnecessary sensitive data into AI fields.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • hosting, database, authentication, storage, security, and infrastructure providers;
  • AI, translation, speech, and related feature providers;
  • payment, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction providers;
  • email, support, and operational communication providers;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and contractors who need information to perform services for us;
  • government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or respond to valid legal process;
  • a buyer, investor, successor, or other party involved in a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or acquisition, subject to appropriate safeguards; and
  • another party at your direction or with your consent.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for authorized purposes and subject to applicable contractual and legal duties.

TaKaDra does not sell or rent personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this Policy and the required privacy choices will be updated before the change.

5. De-identified and aggregated information

We may create and use aggregated or de-identified information to understand common user needs, improve recommendations, evaluate features, measure reliability, and operate the Service. We will take reasonable measures not to reidentify information we maintain as de-identified, except where allowed by law to test de-identification methods.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain account history, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

In general:

  • account, assessment, plan, conversation, note, and progress information is retained while your account is active and until you delete it or request deletion, subject to legal exceptions;
  • subscription, transaction, refund, tax, and legal-acceptance records may be retained for the period required for accounting, fraud prevention, contract evidence, and legal compliance;
  • security and operational logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to their purpose; and
  • authentication sessions and tokens are retained or expired according to the authentication provider’s configuration and TaKaDra’s session policy; signing out ends the affected browser session but does not itself delete server-saved account content; and
  • de-identified information may be retained when it can no longer reasonably be linked to you.

Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or saved content. You must use account-deletion controls or contact to request deletion.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards are intended to include authenticated access controls, owner-scoped database and storage permissions, session expiration, and server-side protection of privileged credentials. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, using a secure device, and signing out on shared or public devices. Contact promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know about, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.

TaKaDra does not require you to waive nonwaivable privacy rights. To make a request, use available account controls or email from the address associated with your account. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

You may appeal a denied request by replying to the denial email with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. You may also contact the privacy or consumer-protection authority in your location.

If TaKaDra is required to recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, we will process supported signals as required by applicable law. Because TaKaDra does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or advertising-sharing activity to opt out of.

9. Email choices

Transactional messages about your account, subscription, security, legal changes, payments, renewal, or cancellation are part of the Service and are not marketing messages.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages.

10. Children

TaKaDra is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact .

11. International use

TaKaDra and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use lawful mechanisms and safeguards for cross-border processing.

12. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy. Review those policies before providing information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, providers, law, or data practices. We will change the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. We will obtain consent before materially expanding a use of personal information when required by law.
