Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid access to TaKaDra Builder and are part of the TaKaDra Terms of Service. If these Subscription Terms conflict with general language in the Terms of Service about billing, these Subscription Terms control for billing and renewal.
1. Free access and paid Builder access
You may browse the Business Library and Automation Marketplace without a paid Builder subscription.
TaKaDra Builder is required for paid features that may include the personalized fit assessment, personalized results and business matches, guided startup planning, personalized daily steps, saved progress and notes, and business-specific AI guidance.
Your subscription purchases access to software and guidance features. It does not purchase a business, franchise, job, customer, lead, contract, license, financing, insurance, income stream, or guaranteed outcome.
2. Plans and prices
Unless checkout clearly displays a different price that you affirmatively accept:
- Monthly Builder: $19.99 charged at purchase and every month thereafter until canceled.
- Annual Builder: $199.99 charged at purchase and every 12 months thereafter until canceled.
The annual price is equivalent to approximately $16.67 per month but is billed as one $199.99 annual payment. It saves $39.89 per year compared with twelve $19.99 monthly payments.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
3. No free trial
There is no free trial unless checkout expressly states otherwise. When there is no trial, the selected subscription amount is charged when the purchase is completed.
4. Automatic renewal authorization
Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel.
Before purchase, checkout will show the amount charged today, renewal amount and frequency, how to cancel, refund treatment, and a recurring-billing authorization. You must affirmatively agree before TaKaDra charges you.
By purchasing Monthly Builder, you authorize TaKaDra and its payment processor to charge $19.99 at purchase, plus applicable taxes, and $19.99 every month thereafter until cancellation.
By purchasing Annual Builder, you authorize TaKaDra and its payment processor to charge $199.99 at purchase, plus applicable taxes, and $199.99 every 12 months thereafter until cancellation.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel online anytime through Account → Manage Billing.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless applicable law or checkout says otherwise, your Builder access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and then returns to the access level available without Builder.
You do not need to call, chat with support, complete a survey, or accept a retention offer to cancel. If the self-service cancellation control is unavailable because of a technical error, contact and we will process a timely written cancellation request.
Cancel before the renewal is processed to avoid the next charge. A cancellation confirmation will be displayed and sent to your account email.
Subscription cancellation does not delete your TaKaDra account or saved content. Account deletion is a separate action described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription charges are nonrefundable and TaKaDra does not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time after cancellation.
TaKaDra may correct duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges after investigation. Contact promptly if you believe a billing error occurred. Nothing in this section limits a refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Renewal and price-change notices
TaKaDra will provide confirmations and renewal notices required by applicable law. Annual subscribers should receive a reminder approximately 30 days before annual renewal showing the renewal date, amount, and online cancellation method. Subscribers should also receive an annual reminder identifying the plan, charge frequency, amount, and cancellation method.
We may change future subscription prices. We will provide advance notice before a price change takes effect and obtain any consent required by law. A price change will not alter a charge already paid for the current billing period.
8. Failed payments
If a payment fails, the payment processor may retry the charge as permitted by its rules and applicable law. We may notify you and ask you to update the payment method. Builder access may be limited or ended if payment remains unpaid, but you remain responsible for valid charges incurred before access ends.
9. Payment processor
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Its terms and privacy practices also apply to the payment information it processes. TaKaDra receives transaction and subscription metadata but does not intend to store your complete payment-card number or security code.
10. Plan changes
If TaKaDra later allows switching between monthly and annual billing, checkout or Account → Manage Billing must disclose the effective date, immediate charge or credit, proration treatment, and next renewal amount before you confirm the change.
11. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate Builder access for nonpayment, fraud, charge abuse, or material violation of the Terms of Service. Termination by TaKaDra does not remove refund or consumer rights that apply by law.
